This Map Shows Almost All the Tubes of the Internets

You probably know that the data from the internet do not travel only by radio waves or satellite signals. In fact, the overwhelming majority of them are going under the ocean through submarine cables. It would be interesting to see the location of all these cables, but so far there was not a unified map to show them.

The programmer Greg Mahlknecht undertook to create one named Greg’s Cable Map, based on information he could find on Wikipedia and the web in general. It is not complete, but the amount of information is already considerable. Still, Greg asks all help by correcting or inserting more information on it.
